a list of stripes

the stripe trend has come back around and i couldn't be happier about it.

stripes on each and every thing little thing.
oh so cute, stripes are here to stay.

1. shoes.

stripey peeptoes with just a bit of rouching.

now if only i had a sailor to meet at the docks....

even the heels have stripes.
sigh, it's love.

2. mug

a nice big mug to wrap my hands around after a windy day.

filled with coffee, extra cream and a bit of vanilla.

3. dress

silk and burlap

quite possibly the most perfect striped dress.
although i still love this one too.

feminine, flirty and beyond chic.

i will wear red shoes with it.

and red lipstick.

4. tights

tights make the outfit.
and these would bring any plain jane outfit to the next level.
p.s. someday i will be bold enough to wear shorts over tights.

5. bowl

this pyrex bowl is begging me to make cookies.
no bake chocolate cookies.
peanut butter chocolate chip oatmeal.
lime coconut cookies.

6. cookies

fudge shoppe cookies

a good old classic.
i used to love to have a stack of these with a big glass of extra cold milk.
these fudge shoppe layer bars look fantastic.
