7. watched a streetcar named desire and spent the rest of the weekend googling photos of marlon brando and articles on woody allen
8. measured the backyard for new stones and mulch. talked about going to home depot. see number 3.

9. visited with the sweet and lovely ms penny lane, who is growing like gang busters thanks to the fine work by her parents.
