post vacation juice

after a much-needed and well-deserved vacation i feel very refreshed but very lazy. i spent three days laying on the beach, drinking fruity cocktails before noon, taking disco naps and s l o w l y enjoying bites of delicious food, each accompanied by a sigh of contentment. of course i missed my little buns like bonkers and rarely would an hour pass without a mention of him. but during those three days we were lucky enough to put our trust in our parents who spoiled atticus in the way that is only legal by grandparents. hence we were able to slow down and have a conversation without wiping yogurt off the walls, refilling a juice cup and reading rawr nineteen times between thoughts. we also relished in daily fresh sheets and towels, breakfast at 10 a.m. and crossing the street without a toddler lunging into traffic. magic i tell you.

and now we're back! refreshed and lazy! and desperately in need of a little kick in the pootay. since 11 a.m. frozen cherry cocktails are frowned upon in these parts (why again?), i went for juice. oh and goo gave me two fat lips this morning before work. sigh. reality.
