cake in five minutes

atticus really loves cake.
ok truth time, i really love cake.
i'm generally a cookie person when it comes to sweets.
partly because it's more socially acceptable to eat three cookies then three pieces of cake.
so it's really just about the math.

also the best cake usually takes way too long to make.
there is too much measuring and preheating and waiting.
from reading the recipe to cake in my mouth is way too minutes more than five.

yes, i have the same 24 hours in a day as the next person.
i know this.
but i am impatient.
especially when it comes to desserts.

but hey, i've always got five minutes.
especially if i can get a homemade, hot, chocolatey dessert out of those five minutes.

that is really time well spent.
