boys at the park

it was sunny and above 30 degrees for about ten minutes this weekend.

we ran to the park and had as much fun as we could before our hands froze.

the swings have always been a favorite.

although can you imagine if there was an adult swing was about ten feet from the ground?

because atty is about 2.5 feet and he hangs a good four feet from the ground and is beyond giggly.

i think i would at least be holding on to chains, that's all i'm saying.

 seriously boy, mama said hang on!

geez.

the side-by-side slides was new.

here's my attempt at recapping the commentary.

dad/nelzo: ok goo stop trying to grab that gum on the pole. ah, sigh.

atticus: ahhhhhhh

dad/nelzo: ok, hold onto daddy, we're going to go down the slide now

atticus: goo, goo, dadada

dad/nelzo: ok, ready?

atticus: silent (internal monologue: are we really still sitting here?)

dad/nelzo and atticus: yea!
