thinking about

all this mint just showed up in front of our house, who's coming over for a mojito party and this pasta ? how did my baby learn the the alphabet so suddenly? love how he says q like cue. dying. rent the runway , have you used it? father's day brunch ideas , hmmmmm a cozy rainy day nap on saturday and sunday. puh-lease. this anthro knock off is sooo good and half the price of last year's number. might go see a movie tomorrow night, any ideas? erin and i are talking about this trader joes now has cheddar horseradish chips and i may lose my mind. iced coffee addiction continues. send help. and more iced coffee.

work outfit #9

i tried on about four outfits in about six minutes before landing on this one. it's got comfort, ease and cuteness. you would think i even planned it right? you probably wouldn't think (although you'd be wrong) that i spent 30 minutes in this outfit on the verge of a breakdown and tearing apart my house looking for my engagement and wedding rings only to remember i never put them on. they were sitting in my cute anthro bowl on top of my dresser, nestled with all my other little bobbles. sigh. poor leeann removed a bathroom sink pipe without question because i was convinced atticus had scaled the sink and thrown my rings down it when he was doing his famous wash the hands dance. i semi-calmly asked atticus if had seen mama's rings about 56 times and he just looked at me like i'd really lost my mind. i even put my whole hand in the toilet bowl (clean bowl i might add!) to search for said rings. i don't know why my brain started working but i ve

nutella stuffed pumpkin french toast

i remember the exact moment when i heard about nutella stuffed pumpkin french toast. it was less than 48 hours ago, but still, it is burned in my brain. when the brilliance that is cortney mentioned this recipe i was laying on the couch in a half coma, semi watching jeopardy, scrolling through my iphone while atticus put together a vehicle puzzle, telling me that this particular boat he was holding was a yacht. well excuse me gopher . at that moment i think my whispered response to just the recipe title alone was something like, "no f*ckin way." i've made pumpkin pancakes, bread and muffins more times than i count in the past three weeks and really need some inspiration to keep the pumpkin love alive. beyond that, i couldn't believe how dense i was to not think about combining pumpkin and nutella. seriously, what is wrong with me? the next morning, after the requisite coffee and milk, we made this french toast. atticus and i ate as it pictured, sandwic
