I think I made this half-a-dozen times last year in about three weeks.
I just made my first batch last Saturday for Mary's lovely paella party.
It's the perfect, homemade, quick dessert that everyone loves.

Recipe: Chocolate Toffee Bark aka Crack
Ingredients
1 sleeve saltines
1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup brown sugar
2 sticks unsalted butter
Method:
preheat oven to 400
line cookie sheet with foil, then the saltines
melt butter and brown sugar, bring to a boil for three minutes, remove from heat
pour butter/sugar mixture over saltines
immeaditely put pan in the oven for 5-6 minutes, remove
cover in chocolate chips, let sit for 5 minutes, spread chocolate in even layer
let cool in fridge 1-2 hours
